Do I need to register my Garnet product in order to obtain warranty protection?

We do not require our products to be registered.   For warranty protection, please see the processing information below.

How do I process a warranty claim?

If a product is required to be returned to Garnet for service or evaluation, please contact Garnet by phone or email and have the model number, serial number, and purchase date available.  For more information about returning a product go to the Customer Returns page.
