HOW TO MAKE A CUSTOMER RETURN.
If you need to return your Garnet product for service or replacement follow these steps:
- Select a link button below to open the appropriate return form. Fill out the form with your contact information the reason for returning your product.
- After we review your form, a unique case number, and shipping instructions will be emailed to you to the same email address you provided in the form. Your information will remain on file until you receive the returned product.
- Ship your product to the Garnet address on the shipping label provided in the email.
- Once we receive the product a service tech will contact you to inform you of the status of the service work.
- If you send in a SeeLeveL Special Truck Gauge model 808-P2 it will be replaced by a refurbished gauge of the same model. One of our service representatives will contact you for payment.
- All products are tested and verified to function properly before being shipped back to you.
