The SeeLeveL Dispense™ 809-DM is a high-accuracy liquid volume monitoring and dispensing control system primarily designed for chemical treater trucks with up to six chemical tanks. With 1/10″ resolution, the SeeLeveL Dispense™ offers exceptional accuracy for improved liquid inventory control. Front panel controls, remote communications, PTO sensing, and a full complement of alarm outputs make it a complete solution for this type of truck. Multiple alarm outputs regulate loading and dispensing operations to help prevent overfill spills and ensure accurate chemical dispensing.
The SeeLeveL Dispense™ connects to the sender using fiber optic technology to help prevent the risk of sparking in safety-critical environments. The fiber optic cable can be cut and terminated without special tools or equipment, making installation simple and efficient. Distributed exclusively in the United States by Hernco Fabrication. Operation Overview
The SeeLeveL Dispense™ 809-DM (1) is a tank monitoring and dispensing control system designed for chemical treater trucks with up to six chemical tanks. Using a vertically mounted 810‑HX Sender Bar (2), the system continuously measures liquid level and temperature and transmits the data via fiber optic cable. Operators can view tank information while the system continuously monitors all connected tanks. It also has remote inputs to connect up to three other compatible SeeLeveL systems, which may be used for water tanks on the same truck.
The system provides remote communication capabilities for monitoring tank levels, alarms, and truck PTO status, while also allowing dispense quantities to be programmed remotely. It can additionally connect to up to three other Garnet gauge systems for monitoring auxiliary tanks, such as water tanks on the same vehicle. Each tank is equipped with programmable alarm functions that can operate lights, horns, valves, or engine shutdown controls. A rising level alarm warns if a tank that is not currently being viewed is being filled, helping prevent loading errors..

The 810-HX Sender Bars is commonly used in liquid transport applications such as chemical hauling, where accurate level sensing and dependable performance are critical to safety and operations. The 810-HX offers fiber optic communication for added safety in hazardous environments. The 810-HX features a field-replaceable lithium battery with a 10-year lifespan.
