Garnet Instruments warrants all products manufactured by Garnet to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product. Do I need to register my Garnet product in order to obtain warranty protection?
We do not require our products to be registered. For warranty protection, please see the processing information below.
How do I process a warranty claim?
If a product needs to be returned to Garnet for service or evaluation, please contact Garnet by phone or email and have the model number, serial number, and purchase date readily available. For more information about returning a product, go to the Customer Returns page.
