Model 808-BT3

The SeeLeveL Flair™ 808-BT3 is a high-accuracy tank monitoring system for tank trucks carrying flammable or non-flammable liquids. The SeeLeveL Flair™ provides dual-compartment liquid volume and temperature monitoring.  It connects to the sender using fiber optic technology to help prevent the risk of sparking in safety-critical environments. The fiber optic cable can be cut and terminated without special tools or equipment, making installation simple and efficient. It also features Bluetooth® connectivity, onboard data logging, and communication outputs for integration with vehicle and fleet monitoring systems.

Operation Overview

The SeeLeveL Flair™ 808‑BT3 monitors up to two compartments, continuously displaying liquid volume and temperature. The SeeLeveL Flair™ (3) provides configurable high-level alarms, automatic pump shutoff, and emergency overfill protection. Using a vertically mounted 810-X or 810‑TX Sender Bar (5) in each compartment, the system continuously measures liquid volume and temperature and transmits the data via fiber optic cable.

Enhance your tank monitoring system with a range of configurable components designed to increase safety and control. Options include overfill prevention (1), loading rack controller (4), and a junction box (2) for easier wiring. 810 Series

The 810 series sender bars are commonly used in liquid transport applications such as fuel, crude oil, condensate, and chemical hauling, where accurate level sensing and dependable performance are critical to safety and operations. The 810 series sender bars offer fiber optic communication for added safety in hazardous environments where sparking risk is not acceptable

Both sender bars feature a field-replaceable lithium battery with a 10-year lifespan, and are designed for tank heights up to 87″ (221 cm). Optional stainless steel float available.

810-X Sender Bar:

  • Measures fluid level and temperature
  • 1/3″ (8.47 mm) resolution and ±0.2″ (±5 mm) accuracy
  • Compatible with the 250-TRUCK_FLOAT


810-TX Sender Bar: 

  • Measures fluid level and temperature 
  • 1/4″ (6.35 mm) resolution and ±0.13″ (±3.3 mm) accuracy.
  • Compatible with the 250-STAT_FLOAT 

SeeLeveL Command™ App

Configuration Tool

The SeeLeveL Command™ App is the configuration tool for compatible transport monitoring systems. Available for Android, iOS, and Windows, the app makes it easy to configure, calibrate, monitor, and troubleshoot your SeeLeveL system.  Connections can be made wirelessly through Bluetooth® or directly through the device’s internal micro-USB connection on Windows and Android devices when Bluetooth® is unavailable.
